A Practice Unlike Any Other

Every yoga class at Parlour Bellus is held in our dedicated red light therapy room - combining the benefits of mindful movement with the therapeutic properties of red and near-infrared light. The warm, ambient setting supports circulation, muscle comfort, and recovery while you practice.

We offer two distinct class formats: a gentle, beginner-friendly hatha flow and an advanced strength-focused sculpt class. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or seeking a deeper physical challenge, there's a practice here for you.

Our Classes

Gentle Hatha Flow in Red Light

$24

A slow, grounding yoga class designed to help you move with ease and confidence. Focused on the foundations of postures and breathing without fast transitions or continuous vinyasa flows. The steady pace allows time to explore proper alignment, build stability, and gently improve flexibility - all in the warm, supportive environment of the red light therapy room.

Ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone seeking a slower, more intentional practice.

Red Light Sculpt Yoga

$24

A strength-focused class for experienced practitioners seeking a deeper physical challenge. Blends traditional yoga postures with light resistance using 1–4 lb hand weights and small Pilates balls - increasing muscle engagement, stability, and control through slow, intentional movement. Expect longer holds, controlled transitions, and precise alignment cues that challenge strength, balance, and focus.

Best suited for those with a solid yoga foundation who are comfortable with sustained effort and strength-based movement.
