Parlour Bellus Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you use our contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. Nothing else is required, and we ask you not to include health details or other sensitive information in the message field.

When you browse the site: standard analytics such as which pages you visit, roughly where you are (city level), what type of device you use, and how you found us. This is collected through Google Analytics and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

Contact form details are used only to respond to your enquiry. Analytics data is used to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below who help us operate the site.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can block or delete these through your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our bookings. Each only receives what it needs:

• Vercel hosts the website and passes your contact form message on to be emailed to us.
• Resend delivers your contact form message to our email inbox.
• Google Analytics provides anonymised visitor statistics.
• Mangomint handles online booking. When you book an appointment you are on Mangomint's system, under their privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Contact form enquiries arrive in our email inbox and are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your contact form message is sent straight to our inbox and is not stored on the website.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
